GEMUINE LASH ACADEMY – Training Course Refund Policy

At Gemuine Academy, we value every student’s commitment and strive to deliver the highest quality training experience. To ensure smooth operations and adequate preparation for each class, we have established the following refund policy:

 

1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Full refund: Requests made at least 10 calendar days prior to the scheduled class date.
Partial refund (50%): Requests made between 4–9 calendar days before the scheduled class.
No refund: Requests made within 3 days of the class, or no-shows on the training day.

 

2. Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend, we offer a one-time class rescheduling at no additional cost, subject to availability, provided notice is given at least 3 days in advance.

 

3. Shipping Policy
Gemuine Lash Academy primarily offers in-person lash training courses. When you purchase a ticket for an in-person training event, nothing will be shipped to you.

All student kits for in-person lash courses are provided on the day of class at the training location. Students will receive their kit in person during the scheduled class. There is no shipping for in-person event tickets or in-person training kits.

The only orders that may be shipped are:

Physical certificates purchased online
Online course materials or items that specifically require shipping

For all in-person events, kits are distributed on the day of class only, and no items will be shipped before the event.

 

4. How to Request a Refund
All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@gemuineacademy.com with:

• Full name
• Order number
• Scheduled class date
• Reason for refund/rescheduling

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Failure to attend the class without notice.
• Failure to request a refund within the stated timeframe.
• Duplicate orders not reported within 24 hours.

 

6. Chargeback Warning
Any unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with supporting documentation, including your signed agreement, order records, and this refund policy. Please contact us first to resolve any concerns.
